Hello Dr
Sad to your you have been having panic attacks regarding your exams. Your concern regarding the dates and your performance is justified and unfortunately this is the system which you got to crack through. And i can assure you that this isn't the end of the world. I can easily give you suggestions that this is 'just another exam' etc but i know it's easy for me to talk like that but difficult for you to assimilate. But whatever it is your anxiety isn't going to improve your performance. So relax give it a break. You deserve it
Best wishes
Next Steps
Try Breathing exercises ( since you are a doc, you can find many in internet) and find ways to distract yourself and nothing works don't hesitate to talk drugs temporarily
