Hi... Your results appear within normal limits. So you need to basically watch for symptoms like fever, or breathing difficulty and oxygen saturation levels. If any of these then you need to consult. Take care. One more advise from my side, if you are worried about heart attack then repeat d dimer one more time as already 7 days passed from last test. Sometimes levels can increase after few days. If repeat value is also normal then relax.

There have been reports of heart attack in covid patients and covid has been accepted as a prothrombotic condition (a condition which causes blood to clot more easily) , however such cases are rare and there are indirect ways to predict the risk. For example worse symptoms, grossly elevated inflammatory markers especially d dimer. Your D dimer value is normal. Please do not panic. Consult a physician and follow the advice
Next Steps
Monitor saturation O2 at home Repeat blood tests CRP and D- dimer as advised by physician In case of any chest pain or worsening of symptoms visit nearest hospital for ECG and further assessment. plz be in regular touch with a doctor
