-ESR 16 is near normal/mildly elevated and not usually concerning alone -Vitamin D level 11.5 indicates deficiency -HsCRP can remain mildly elevated after recent delivery due to inflammation/recovery changes
Next Steps
-Sachet Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks -Tab Calcium + Vitamin D3 once daily for 2 months -Take sunlight exposure, milk, curd, eggs, mushrooms, nuts, and protein-rich diet -Repeat Vitamin D and hsCRP after 8–12 weeks
Health Tips
-Monitor for fever, joint pains, severe weakness, or persistent body pains -Most postpartum inflammatory changes improve gradually with recovery and nutrition -Contact me anytime on Practo for further consultation

Your reports show two main findings that need attention. First, your Vitamin D level is 11.5, which is quite low (Deficiency). This is very common after a recent delivery as the body's nutrient stores get depleted. Second, your hsCRP is 11.6, which indicates a mild level of systemic inflammation. Since you had a normal delivery in December 2025, your body is still in a recovery phase. However, a raised hsCRP combined with low Vitamin D can cause symptoms like body aches, joint pain, and persistent fatigue
Next Steps
Nutrition: "Focus on an anti-inflammatory diet. Include Omega-3 rich foods like walnuts or flaxseeds, and increase your intake of dairy and sunlight for natural Vitamin D." Lipid Ratio: "Your Cholesterol/HDL ratio of 2.79 is excellent and indicates good heart health. Keep up with light postnatal exercises or walking." Breastfeeding: "If you are breastfeeding, these supplements are even more crucial to ensure both you and the baby get enough nutrients." Caution: "If you develop new symptoms like calf pain, chest pain, or extreme shortness of breath, consult immediately, as hsCRP can sometimes be linked to vascular inflammation."
Health Tips
Post-delivery nutrient depletion is very common but needs to be corrected to ensure a healthy recovery for you and your baby. Book a full session to discuss the exact dosages

These reports do not suggest anything immediately dangerous, and many postpartum changes are manageable when addressed properly 👍 Since recovery after delivery, inflammation markers, and vitamin deficiencies need to be interpreted together with your symptoms, you can consult with me directly for a detailed review and proper guidance tailored to your condition.
