Esophageal cancer
I feel like i have food pipe cancer... i have acidity prblem.. mild stomach pain.. loose stool... gas.. and sometimes chest pain... i dont loose weight.. i dont loose apetite.. but whenever i drink water i feel like my middle chest hurt.. and pressure like pain... i am just 22 years.. i dont have any family history of cancer... whats this? I search on google every symptom is relatable to cancer.. i am horrified.. please help me
