Get IgE blood levels done...If Raised then start with Tablet DEC 100 mg BD for 14 days.
Allergic issues are permanent,can't be reversed totally...keep taking anti histaminincs as and when needed.
With above tablet ,recurrent cold symptoms will reduce.
