Hi. I've been having these irregular episodes of suspected migraine which start with a dazzling vision (scintillating scotoma). Such issue with the vision makes me sure that the episode is going to happen. After 15-20 minutes, the vision clears up and headache on one side of head kicks in and it starts getting very uncomfortable. I start hating any light or sound. My heart beat goes up by 20% and I start sweating heavily. And then I'll vomit twice or thrice. After which, I stabilize a bit with a constant mild headache for 4-8 hours. I'll feel weakness for next 1-2 days due to vomit and headache, and then everything is very normal. I've not seen any patterns or triggers that start the episode. They have happened to me during mornings, noon, nights. Following are the dates I noted when I had these:
20 March 2016
3 June 2016
26 June 2016
18 Feb 2017
5 March 2017
14 Jan 2018
6 April 2018
18 April 2018
. I'm looking for some serious consulting.
