Hi. Normally the epi stitches heai in 14 days but sometimes it can take a month also. If there is no pain and discharge you can wait till this month. Then consult your obs dr in person

It usually takes upto 2 weeks time for episiotomy stitches to heal.. However if you have excessive pain or can see some gaping its not normal.
