Hi if the itching is mild with no gaping and foul smelling discharge it is fine . regular sitz bath 3 times a day will give good relief and also help in healing the wound.

Mild itching around the wound site is fine You need to look for the red flags like- 1. Severe itching 2. Any kind of discharge/ pus come through the would 3. Wound gaping
Health Tips
If there is no discharge/ wound gaping/ severe itching you can go for sitz bath (at least 3 times/ day) Keep the area dry (pat dry) and clean the area properly each time you pass urine / stool. You can connect if you want

It is usually normal. Check whether any smelly discharge is present. The episiotomy area should be reddish or pinkish
