Epididymitis cyst. Need advice in tat.

Hi Sir, Few month back i got swelling and pain in my right testies, then i got pain through right side of my body, like lower back and all joints. I consulted doctor and done few tests also, here i attached tat. He said this is epididymitis cyst and prescribed some medicines, after taking medicines in a day i felt releived from all tis. My main concern is before I got this i had sex wit my frnd, i used condom also but while ejaculations condom teared, immediately i stopped intercourse. Is this the reason for this epididymitis cyst. If so I have to screen for STI. This is keep on running onmy mind. Please clear my doubts, do i need any checkups. Or i am fine with tat attached tests. Because 20days after i stopped antibiotics, again i got pain and swelling in my testies, again i took same medicines , in a day i got relieved from pain and all. Y its coming back after stops medicine , do i need to take Chlamydia nd gonorhea tests, i got fear into this. Pls need advice in tat.
