Eosinophils are increased as a response to some allergy causing substance. You may have inhaled it, eaten it or it may have come in contact with your skin. If you have fever too, it maybe because of some infection. This is not permanent, as with treatment your blood values will return to normal.
Next Steps
Just continue the treatment as specified and you should be fine in due course.
Health Tips
If you're able to find out what it was that causes allergy to you, you can avoid it to prevent such occurances in future.

Hello i have noted your concern High eosinophils counts are generally seen in allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to any specific substance So you dont need to worry at all, once the allergic reaction or hypersensitivity reduces eosinophils counts also get back to normal. Meanwhile you make sure, what substance is causing that hypersensitivity in your body and then try to completely avoid it later on in your life so that you dont have any further hypersensitivity
