Enzomac is an enzyme preparation. I wonder if it is so important that a breastfeeding mom should take a "calculated risk" even if it harms the newborn. The medicines which are not life saving should be avoided during pregnancy or lactation.

Enzomac Forte is generally considered safe and is frequently prescribed after a C-section to facilitate faster healing and reduce internal swelling at the surgical site. Clinical Reasoning: Role in Recovery: It contains proteolytic enzymes (Trypsin, Chymotrypsin) and an antioxidant (Rutoside). These work together to break down debris at the site of inflammation and improve blood flow, which helps in the healing of deep tissues and internal stitches. Breastfeeding Safety: There is no significant clinical evidence to suggest that these enzymes pass into breast milk in amounts that would affect a nursing infant. Most obstetricians routinely prescribe this for post-operative recovery. Usage Instructions: Empty Stomach: For maximum effectiveness, this medication is usually taken at least 30 to 45 minutes before a meal (or 2 hours after). This ensures the enzymes are absorbed into the bloodstream rather than being used up to digest food. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to assist the body in clearing the inflammatory byproducts. When to Contact Your Doctor: If you notice any unusual side effects like severe abdominal pain, persistent rashes, or if the surgical site becomes increasingly red, hot, or leaks fluid, please seek a physical review immediately.

This tablet contains enzymes and vitamins that help reduce swelling and pain after surgery or injury. So it can make you feel more comfortable. However, it also has a blood-thinning effect. This means: • It can slow down clotting of blood • Because of that, there is a small chance of increased bleeding, especially after an operation like a C-section So in simple words:
Next Steps
You can use simply paracetamol for pain relief
