Hello there! Delayed periods maybe due to a number of reasons like hormonal imbalance , but first rule out pregnancy by doing a Home pregnancy test. If negative, then do TSH, S. Prolactin and USG lower abdomen done to know the cause of delayed periods. Regards, Dr Dharna Gupta
