Asked for Male, 72 Years

I'm writing for my 72 years old mom. She had diabetics from past 15 years. 6 months back she started medicine for urinary infection. Eventually she had few symptoms like swollen legs, fatigue, itching at night, decrease appetite. Low sodium, unbalanced AG ratio (.8:1) etc. Not getting any correct answer from doctor. I'm attaching recent medical report with this. Please help me on this situation.
