Enlargement of submandibular gland last one month. And usg size 1*1cm.i take last 12 days to till medicine. 1.amoxyclave.2.tibrolin.3.mv.but not change in swelling and it is painless... Plz suggest

If the swelling is painless and not responding to medicine..need more evaluations..do a fine needle aspiration to detect the pathology.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
