Enlarged uvula
I had a surgery yesterday. I am seeing my uvula is become elongated so much that it is laying on my tongue. Anything serious?

You have not mentioned what surgery you have undergone. If you had any surgery around uvula then it is normal to have oedema of the uvula which will subside in couple of days. If you had any surgery under general anesthesia then intubation trauma can cause uvular oedema
