Enlarged tonsils ..often pain

Asked for Female, 10 Years

I realised that my twin daughter10 yr old has very enlarged tonsils since a long time ..pls suggest any medicine o can give her.also pls suggest both my twins hv a very high eye glass numbers near about -5. So what can we do to reduce the number.
