Enlarged spleen w engorged splenic vein

Asked for Female, 44 Years

Crohns pt. 44 yr old white woman. Had total proctolectomy with end ileostomy. Platlets have been dropping. Had a ct scan today to look for enlarged liver/spleen. Tech told me spleen is enlarged with engorged splenic vein. I have tender distended abdomen on both sides with tenderness also around ostomy area. Shortness of breath. Is this serious?
