Enlarged paraortic lympth node

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I had a ct scan as had pain in kidney area, it happened to show a 2.7mm paraortic node which I have since been to heamotology clinic and told it is enlarged. They have order a full body scan, as they can't do a biopsy. Will the scan show more enlarge nodes or is it likely this is isolate
