Hi, I have an enlarged prostate grade 1 24 cc. My protein intake become very low. I am confused when I eat animal protein like Fish, Chicken, and eggs I get constipated and I can't eat plant protein like tofu or soybean because studies show it is bad for prostate health even though protein powders are not good because they are made up of diary which are not good. Can anyone tell me a good source of protein with fewer carbs and good quality I got confused. I am doing advanced level training in the gym and I used to take protein 100-200 grams per day before and now I am proteinless less is there any way I can not get constipated while consuming animal protein?

My advise to you , consume only natural protiens eggs milk chicken soy , Synthetic protiens may damage kidneys , you are very young Prostate priblems are more common beyond 50 years age
