Asked for Male, 25 Years

I was admitted in hospital couple of days back for vomitings and stomach pain. This is my endoscopy report. They have taken samples for biopsy and the biopsy reports are yet to come. Can you please tell what prolapse gastropathy is and what exactly this report says ?

Report is suggestive of swelling in stomach.some portion of stomach is pushed into food pipe,and food pipe also show swelling and erosions
