Menstrual irregularities are common following abortion. Wen ur doctor says uterus is clean that means ur previous pregnancy is completely cleared. Ur endometrium continues to grow every month jus like before pregnancy. U will bleed only when endometrium grows in every cycle. Possible....Sometimes hormones can become a little disturbed and endometrium can thicken...So follow your gynecologist's advice . Or get another scan done after five to six days and then take opinion.of your gynecologist. You need to do blood tests too.
