Endometriotic Cyst Size Reduction
I have an ultrasound report from Aug 2022 which says no Cyst in Ovary. I never had any kind of Ovary cyst in the past. In May 2023 ultrasound there was an incidental finding of an Endometriotic cyst of size 5.4*4.2*4.9 (Vol : 55cc) in right ovary but i had no symptoms of cyst at all and also regular periods. My doctor put me on Dinogest 2mg and i am taking this tablet since exactly 30 days. Today i took an ultrasound scan and the cyst size in right ovary has decreased and size now is 4.4*2.7*3.7 (Vol : 23cc). In just 30 days of taking Dinogest, the size has decreased this much. Is this really an Endometriotic cyst or could just be a Haemorragic Cyst ???
( Note : i do not have any other health problems, the ultrasound scan was done yearly just as a part of health package)

You didn't mention the date of your last period. Analysed in relation to the date of last period it could also be a Corpus luteum cyst.
Sonography findings of Endometriotic cyst, haemorrhagic cyst or Corpus luteum will be the same. Only Corpus luteum can regress so fast.

Most likely it's an Haemorrhagic cyst. Do another scan after a month.
