How long have you been trying to conceive? Does your wife have regular cycles, are you aware of ovulation time? Did your wife have any problems because of endometriosis? Please send me all the reports. Visaane is helpful in symptomatic cysts but conception will not occur while taking it.
Healthy and nutritious food with less refined and fried items and more fibre is advisable, though no particular dietary precaution is there with respect to cysts alone. Also, start t. Folic acid and some basic pre conceptional tests are required if not already done.

Yes, it helps in decrease in size of cyst. Chances of conception naturally depends upon the damage caused by endometriosis.
