Hello doctor, i hav endometrial cysts of 2cm and 3cm on ovaries..i want to conceive witout surgery, is it possible to become pregnant naturally in this condition?

Yes it is possible.You have to take medicine.So contact to your gynaecologist.She will prescribe some medicine oral minimum for 3 months then again ultrasonography to know the size of cyst.
