I'm expecting my periods on 21st of November. Today is 18. But my ultrasound revealed that my Endometrial thickness is 6.7mm. what can be the possibile causes? When should I expect my periods to occur?

Et is normal
Does not predict whn Ur going to get ur period
Wait till the expected date of perids
Also a delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
