I had turbinoplast and septoasty 4 months back.Anybody please let me know whether I have Empty Nose Syndrome. Kindly find attached images.

Feeling of emptiness in your nose , dryness , crusting and nasal obstruction even after correction like the surgery you have done . Look out for the above symptoms. If it’s there then it might be the diagnosis u said .

Yes unfortunately, your Left Inferior TurBinate has been amputed by your previous doctor which may be causing your Empty Nose Syndrome.
I do not do such destructive surgeries, as I no the importance of the nasal mucosa! My suggestion is that you need to do Jala Neti with warm saline twice daily, for the rest of your life.
