Emotionally Unstable. Should i proceed?

We have been married for 6 yrs. My wife at times complains of heavy head whole day, at times she is quite irritable and angry. She complains of seeing sexual pictures of nude men most of the time for which most of the times she blames me...This is affecting our relationship too. We went to a Psychologist too but she started blaming me for labelling her insane.. In day to day activities she is okay, she take care of kids and fully devoted to them...But towards me its all anger...It was not there earlier..We loved each other, but from almost a year all of a sudden she started complaining of everything being fake around her and blamed me for this...I don't know what is wrong...I have tried talking to her many times... Now I feel that she has compromised with things and just passing time with me...Whom should I consult and in which direction should I proceed
