Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been married since 7 months. Few days back i found my husband cheated me. He had a affair with a girl who was married already. But he says it's because to console her. He promises me that it will never happen. Problem is I found it he never told me so I am so disturbed can't talk to anyone and having issues trusting him. Can't have a normal life. I am all alone in saudi with him. This issue is killing me mentally and emotionally. I need a solution to overcome it
