Respected Dr,
I am taking thyronorm 100 mcg daily. I have sore throat and mild ear pain for two months. Today had CT scan. Right styloid process 36 mm and left styloid process 26 mm. All vasucular structure normal. Please advise

It's unlikely for styloid process measuring less than 4cm to cause any symptoms. Thyronorm sometimes can cause reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. This can cause constant throat pain. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks
