Hi I m from Srinagar j and k.Dear sir i have done three CBC tests and all are showing that my hemoglobin is 17.2,RBC, 6 and PCV 47.TLC and dlc within limits.Platelets are normal.USG normal,KFT,LFT are normal.Erthropoitein normal(10.2).JAK2 negative.Chest x Ray normal.ECHo normal.MRI Brain normal.Is it normal.I m very much worried

People from jammu kashmir Srinagar, leh Ladakh including all hilly areas do have high RBC count that secondary to body's own physiology. So nothing to worry.
YES, i would not be worried, many a times a higher hemoglobin is seen physiologically in patients living in high altitudes / smokers/ athletes . Unless there are any other symptoms which drove you to do repeatedly do the cbc test, the mri and other blood tests . if that's the case, then we could schedule an appointment and take things further from there. if not, then you must not worry. it seems fairly normal to me .
