Electrolyte and haemoglobin report
My father is having issues with spine and legs and few days back he got admitted in hospital and we found his sodium level very low (117 on 3rd Nov) and have some behaviour issues. Doctor given 3NS 6-8 and later it came to 128 on 8th Nov. Again before discharge on 13th Nov it's 120 and haemoglobin become 8.4 reports attached. Now doc is asking to give him blood, we are not sure if it's required. What's causing this imbalance and how to take care of him to make it normal and recover quickly. Also giving blood will be fine or what are risks involved in this treatment.
