Hi DR. Before my elbows is fair, but dis days its turning black day by day recently I showed 2 dermatology n dey refer applying Grazia Up skin whitening cream but after applying fr 5 days I saw its looking more black..pls suggest any cream from which I can get my old color back thanks...
