Ekg attached
Yesterday i was feeling discomfort in my epigastric region throughout the day. As if the muscles of that area were tightening together and exerting pressure. It could be gastric but thought to get an ekg done to be on safer side since symptoms were really bad so kindly check it. And also suggest if i need to go for troponine test or not?

ECG looks fine.. just take gastric tablets with peristalsis stimulants... U will be alright
