Irritable bowel syndrome can be caused by egg white as it may cause an allergic reaction by your body , or unable to digest it. Curd also may not be digested if you are lactose intolerant. Avoid difficult to digest foods like whole legumes , besan , fried foods, raw vegetables, green leafy vegetables. You should stop eating 2 hrs before going to bed. So please try and sleep on time to maintain your body 's circadian rhythm.  Disciplined  regular meal times and sleep time is advisable.
Next Steps
Eat easy to digest foods like khichri, lauki , potatoes. a balanced diet is recommended.  Boil and steam your fruits( without skin) for easy digestion till ibs settles down.

Hi As in ibs you have both diarrhoea and constipation.. For ibs milk and milk related products, tea, coffee, besan flour, chana dal , legumes etc..all foods that are heavy for digestion can cause ibs pain..as egg comes under non-veg food , it can cause ibs pain.. And coming to yogurt, yogurt can cause ibs pain as it's made from the substitute of milk product.. But coming to ghee, ghee is good fat burner, good for digestion, low in glycemic index, and you can consume it in dal daily 1 tsp or 2tsp as it helps in making the digestion process easier.. So ghee is good and doesn't cause any ibs pain ..but it should be taken with dal only daily in the mentioned portion size of 1 or 2 tsp only.. Coming to vegetables, you should never take them raw, they should be well cooked and consumed..so take boiled vegetables in the day time, and lightly roasted or shallow fried vegetables, toasted with less oil for night dinner..it will be light on stomach and makes easy for digestion..and will not cause any ibs pain.. Set a pattern for daily sleep...as sleeping daily at one time, not too late, and sleeping for some number of hours, will be a better option overall for ibs as well as for the general well being.. don't have heavy meal or large meal at one go, have small meals with small portion sizes many times day.. chew food well, eat slowly, have food only on table, don't watch anything tv or any gadget like mobile while having food, avoid stress , early dinner, and after each meal walk or stroll for sometime instead of sitting or sleeping..avoid coffee , tea , carbonated beverages as these can or make the ibs pain more worse.. Try following the above mentioned and can notice the difference slowly..
