Effects of overdose

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety since early October last year and have been taking antidepressants ever since. I have been in a number of different types since and I am now on 150mg of sertraline once in the morning every day. However I intentionally took more around a week ago and don't know what will have happened to me. Samaritans said I should call 111 but I'm too scared of what they will do if I tell them

Relax if u have taken overdose dont take medicines for 4 to 5 days atleast and theb start again from tge same dise u were taking
