On the prescription of doctor I had 2-3 dose of methylphenidate per day for 1 month in feb to march during that time I also had depression.due to adhd medication my thought had been stopped and I could sleep at night  but the cognition is not improved then I again went for a doctor.he has given me venlor xr that improves my cognitive skills like clear imagination about event,or remebering.but now the problem is that I cant understand things too much like learn the things by understanding.I am not learning Anything whatever I am doing.I did same thing 10 times but still feel that I havent done that work.I always have a constant feeling in my mind.neither I find anything interesting nor bad.I just want to know why it is happening Even I have taken antidepressent.
