As far as baby’s health is concerned, with the given picture it seems that physically baby is normal no anomaly are seen but possibility of baby to get minor or major thalasemmia is 50%....also as far as your all reports are concerned all reports being normal except lupus anticoagulant on border...it explains that that your blood is having tendency to be little thick...so to prevent any coagulation ( any vascular obstruction- which may cause decreased or loss of blood supply to fetus) To prevent this complication (coagulation) you are prescribed anticoagulant (aspirin) by your doctor.....
Next Steps
As soon as child borns get HB PROFILE DONE AFTER CONSULTING A SKILLED HAEMATOLOGIST
Health Tips
Take more natural iron supplements like jaggery spinach beet root etc etc....

Hi there! Understand your concerns, thalassemic minor carrier  pregnancy may cause growth retardation, but as your scan is normal at 22 weeks, its less likely to occur, however follow up scans may help to find out if growth retardation starts. Your folic acid tablets will take care of your baby from any neural tube defects and eventually will increase your Hb levels too.
Next Steps
stay relaxed and talk with your doctor.

Be stress free.  Child is safe during pregnancy and since this is Beta minor so no major complication is likely even after birth. A careful monitoring is required to watch for any complication occuring. Do not worry about child's future. It will be fine.
Next Steps
Go with the advice of gyn but make sure to have regular blood tests.
Health Tips
Dont take iron supplements to increase hemoglobin. It can cause iron overload. Take healthy planned diet as suggested by doctor.
