ED problem with low testosterone

Hello Doc, I am 37 yrs old male and suffered from small fibre neuropathy last year which affected my bladder and legs. I was unable to walk for sometime and was on catheter for 1 month. Now i am 90% better. Sometimes I feel urgent need to urinate. But my major problem today is I have lost erection since. I was prescribed Sustanon 250mg once in 3 weeks but I read online it has some side effects. I need ur guidance and assurance that I can go ahead and take this injection without the side effects.
