ED due to prone masturbation
I am suffering from erectile dysfunction since 1 year after an aggressive prone masturbation session. It was a sudden loss of erection, since then, I have completely lost erection sensation, strength and size of my penis. It has become very weak, thin and small in size. I don't get spontaneous erection like before at all. Recently did ultrasound of penis in which doppler reports came normal but my left PSV scores are low compared to right PSV. I don't think it's psychogenic. Please tell me if this type of erectile dysfunction is treatable by medicines permanently.
