Eczema troubling again

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have been suffering from eczema for past one decade. Have tried allopathy and homepathy of which the latter did help a little. But recently fresh spots of eczema have started erupting again. Why is this happening? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
