Eczema - Pus leaking continuously

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hi, I went for a check up and the dermatologist told me that it's Eczema on my face, allergic reaction of a mix of Boro Plus and Savlon. After I came back from the doctor's clinic, the pus formations on the affected area started to break and drip. It's been 12 hours and it hasn't stopped. I keep dabbing the drops with a tissue. Is this normal and a sign of healing? Till when will this go on? Any idea? I've got the medicines and an ointment. Will start taking from today.

Eczema has to be treated in the acute stage and later some precautions can help minimise the recurrences. Do not use soap over the affected areas.
