Eczema or posiorasis?

Hi, I have these 2 ugly looking patches on my left foot for a while now and I don't know what these are. They itch once in a while. I assume these are symptoms of eczema or posiorasis but not sure. These doesn't seem to go away and looks very bad when I m wearing boxers and very embarrassing. Please suggest some good medications for the same. I want to get rid of these ASAP. Would highly appreciate for any expert opinion and solution in this regard. Thanks a ton in advance. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
