Eczema on hands
I get dry, itchy flaky skin on my fingers. They are probably because of the chemicals used in detergents . I try and avoid harsh products as much as possible. But my skin is too sensitive. Is there any particular ointment/cream which will give immediate relief . Have tried all sorts of creams like Aveeno, Cetaphil. Please suggest
