Ectopic pregnancy??

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had sex with my bf on 16 aug then i had my periods on 22 aug and after that i am feeling a sharp pain in my right side overy so i got pregnancy test done on 30 aug which came negative.and today is 15 sep i still have pain and feel nauseous can it be pregnancy or another ectopic?? i am paranoid
