Ectopic pregnancy
I am 34 years old staying in the UK and 5 weeks into pregnancy and diagonised with Ectopic Pregnancy. The fertilized egg was found in right fallopian tube. TSH level were fluctuating though T4 and T3 were normal, i am taking Levothyroxin 50mcg from 3.5 months. Recent blood tests showed low ferritin / iron deficiency and low Vitamin D for which i am taking Ferrous Sulphate 210mg (1 per day) and Vit D3 (60000IU per month). Todays blood test came back with pregnancy hormone(hCG i think) level as 151. My hospital is monitoring my hormone level. Ihave not been advised on which of the above option is suitable for me yet, but one consultant mentioned about keyhole surgery which i am not willing to undergo. Questions- 1. Is it a good idea to eat sesame seeds or papaya to help terminate the pregnancy naturally? 2. How much longer can this wait until a final decision of how to teminate the pregnancy needs to be taken? In other words by when or which week

The decision is taken depending on your clinical condition and hormone levels and scans. With low hormone levels a keyhole surgery maynot be 100% necessary

In my opinion surgery is best option as if it get ruptured then you are in critical life threatening condition and internal bleeding  will start, so urgent surgery
