Hcg value about 0.1 is a symptoms of ectopic pregnancy? Or am i pregnant?? I feel left Lowr abdmn  pain ??is it sign of ectopic pregnancy? ?

Hcg value of 0.1 s negative value.. You are not even pregnant ,how can there be any possibility of ectopic then. Also causes if lower abdominal pain can be many including urinary tract infection ,vaginal infection , muscular pain etc.
