My father is 62yrs male, diabetic,had complaint of AOE II since 1yr,ECG showed Q wave with T wave inversion in leads III, and, R/S in lead V2. Echocardiography revealed no RWMA, normal LV function, TMT was positive. Coronary angiogram (CAG) revealed triple vessel coronary artery disease. He was discharged in the stable condition with adviced for PCI to LCx and RCA.
