Can I stop minoxidil 10% and instead use minokem f 5%? I see lot of hair shedding due to minox 10%.

Yes, better to avoid minoxidil 10% and start with 5%. Minokem F is fine as it contains finasteride too. Also, looking at your age, it's better to avoid dutasteride as it may cause loss of libido (erectile dysfunction). You can add a hair serum instead. Serum in the morning and minoxidil in night. This when combined with targeted hair growth vitamins and shampoo usually works fine in most cases
