Feeling a small lump around the anus is normal after you had stained at the stools . If you are constipated this is normal . So you need to treat the constipation first. It could be early stage of piles as you mentioned but early stages can be easily managed with just medicine ointment and lifestyle modifications

You need a physical examination...lump can be piles but usually it present with painless bleeding (kindly consult a surgeon)
