My wife is pregnant and ultrasound shows it is 6.1 weeks of baby, still no heart beat. After 4 days again ultrasound was done it shows 6.1 weeks of baby. Doctor has suggested for ultrasound after 3 days if still no heart beat or no growth, need to clear the pregnancy. Last period date 3 March 2017, as per follicular study 18th to 20th March was best period for pregnancy. Period was missed on April month. Should I wait for heart beat or should I clear the pregnancy.
